I think it would be good for preteens or teens as well as young adults. The illustrations are great! I thought it was a good way to talk about the lighter side of real life feelings. It just looks like a children's book... This is the story about a baby hippo that was called Hippochondriac. He was ABSOLUTELY SURE that he was dying, with every little thing that came in flying. This is a book meant for both beginner and advanced hypochondriacs :)
