P.|Now that evidence is emerging that lard, and other saturated fats, are not the life shorteners they were claimed to be I think this book should be reprinted. It's fun to read. And the recipes have to be healthier than those containing a bunch of oxidized oils (grape seed, canola, soy, etc.).
