I haven't read the book yet, but I was schocked and surprised by the bad quality of the printing (photocopied) and outrageous price. More than US$ 100,00. it is hard covered allright, but the price is even harder.|About the Author|Rose Theresa teaches at the University at Stony brook. Jeongwon Joe teaches at the University of Nevada at Reno.
